For paid services:

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Payments are due as per your selected billing cycle
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VayaparAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
