Vayapar AI is an AI-powered marketing platform for local businesses — Saarthi the AI assistant on WhatsApp, Google Business Profile optimization, review collection, WhatsApp AI bots, and content automation. It is unrelated to Vyapar, the GST billing / accounting app.
What is Saarthi, and is he really in the Seed plan?+
Saarthi is your AI assistant who lives in WhatsApp — onboard your business, audit your Google Business Profile, write and publish Google posts, manage settings, see analytics, all by typing in WhatsApp. Yes, Saarthi is on every plan including Seed. The plan you pick decides which tools Saarthi can use on your behalf — Seed gives Saarthi the GBP basics, audit, and Google posts; Spark unlocks Facebook/Instagram automations through him; Growth unlocks Vani; Pro unlocks everything including festival posts and content calendar.
When does the Spark plan launch? What's in development?+
Spark (₹499/month) is launching soon. Its headline feature — auto-reply to comments and DMs on Facebook + Instagram, keyword-triggered, per-post or all-posts — is in active development. What is the standee, and do I get a physical one?+
The standee is a printed QR-code stand for your shop counter — customers scan it to leave a Google review in seconds. On Spark, Growth, and Pro it is included free — claim it after activation by sending us your shop address and we print and ship it. On Seed it is a ₹250 one-time add-on. Either way, the standee is yours to keep. The Seed plan by itself gives you the digital review-capture link (shareable as a QR / URL); the physical standee is the optional add-on.
Who are Saarthi, Vidya, and Vani?+
Three specialized AI assistants. Saarthi — your AI assistant on WhatsApp — is on every plan, including Seed. Vidya — your AI setup trainer — interviews you in ~5 minutes to teach Vani about your business; she is included from Growth onwards (₹999/month) where Vani is unlocked. Vani is your business's AI voice on WhatsApp — she answers your customers, books appointments, and follows up — included from Growth (₹999/month).
When do I get Vani, and how does the WhatsApp integration work?+
Vani is included from the Growth plan (₹999/month). You link your own WhatsApp Business API (WABA) account — Vani plugs into your existing business number, so you keep full ownership of your customer relationships and Meta billing stays in your account. We help you set up WABA during onboarding if you do not have one yet.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. All monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans have a 20% discount and a 7-day money-back guarantee on the initial commitment. The Seed plan needs no cancellation — stay on it as long as you want.
