WhatsApp Business download करें

Play Store या App Store पर "WhatsApp Business" search करें। यह personal WhatsApp से अलग app है — दोनों एक साथ phone पर चल सकते हैं। अपना business number register करें (personal number से अलग SIM recommend है)।

Business Profile पूरा भरें

Settings → Business Profile में जाएं और भरें: • Business name (exact trade name) • Category (Grocery Store, Hair Salon, Restaurant आदि) • Description (256 characters — address + key service) • Address और hours • Website या Google Maps link Yह आपका digital visiting card है।

Greeting और Away Message set करें

Business Settings → Messaging Tools: Greeting message (नए customers के लिए): "Namaste! Main [Business name] hun. Aapki madad kaise kar sakta hun? Hum 10 AM–9 PM reply karte hain. Urgent ke liye call: 98XXXXXXXX" Away message (business hours के बाहर): "Abhi hum closed hain. Kal 10 AM se reply karenge. Emergency: [number]"

Quick Replies बनाएं

Business Settings → Quick Replies → Add (+) Banane wali shortcuts: • /hrs → hours + address • /menu → menu image या link • /price → price list • /location → Google Maps link • /review → Google review link • /pay → UPI ID + payment methods • /book → booking link Chat में "/" type करने पर ये shortcuts दिखेंगी।

Catalog set करें

Business Tools → Catalog → Add product/service: • Photo • Name • Price • Description Top 10-15 products/services add करें। Customers WhatsApp पर ही browse कर सकते हैं और order request भेज सकते हैं।

Labels से conversations organize करें

Labels create करें: • New Customer • Regular Customer • Pending Reply • Order in Progress • Resolved • VIP Customer Har conversation open करके label लगाएं। इससे inbox organized रहती है।

Broadcast list बनाएं

New Chat → New Broadcast → customers select करें। Important rules: • महीने में 2-3 बार से ज़्यादा broadcast मत भेजें • हमेशा customers की permission से add करें • Recipients का number save होना ज़रूरी है • Messages personalize करें — generic "Dear customer" मत लिखें • Opt-out option दें: "STOP भेजें updates बंद करने के लिए"
