Google Business Profile (GBP) — जिसे पहले Google My Business कहते थे — यही आपकी दुकान को Google Maps और Search पर दिखाता है। Setup करना free है और step-by-step बहुत आसान है।
Complete Setup Steps
business.google.com पर जाएं
business.google.com खोलें। "Manage now" click करें। अपने Google account (Gmail) से login करें।
अपनी दुकान search या add करें
Search box में अपनी दुकान का नाम type करें। अगर Google पर पहले से दिखती है — "Claim this business" click करें। नई दुकान है — "Add your business to Google" पर click करें।
Exact category select करें
Category selection सबसे important step है। Google पर "salon near me" search करें और top 3 results की category देखें — वही category select करें। Examples: • Hair salon (not just "Beauty salon") • Kirana store / Grocery store • Indian restaurant • General physician • Fitness center
Address और area details भरें
Street address, city, state, pincode — सब exact भरें। अगर delivery भी करते हैं, तो "I also serve customers outside this location" enable करें और service area add करें। Important: वही address डालें जो आपके GSTप certificate या shop registration में है।
Phone number और website add करें
Business phone number डालें (WhatsApp Business number prefer करें)। अगर website है तो URL add करें। Website नहीं है तो भी ठीक है।
Verification complete करें
India में 3 verification options: • Phone OTP: सबसे fast — तुरंत verify • Video: Google को live video call देनी होती है — 1-2 days • Postcard: Google postcard भेजता है address पर — 5-14 days Phone OTP हो तो वही choose करें।
Photos और business hours भरें
Verify होने के बाद: • Logo upload करें • Exterior photo (दुकान का बाहर से) • Interior photo (अंदर से) • Products/services photos (कम से कम 5) Hours: हर दिन exact time भरें। Sunday और holidays का अलग से mention करें।
Services और prices add करें
"Products & Services" tab खोलें। हर service add करें: • Service name (जैसे customers search करते हैं) • Description (100-200 words) • Price या price range Yह step ज़्यादातर दुकानदार skip करते हैं — यही सबसे बड़ा mistake है।
